The applications developed by Michal's team have become an integral part of our key HR processes and are used daily by dozens to hundreds of users across the entire company. Personally, I have had the opportunity to lead some projects on our side and observe others from a distance. I believe the same applies to all of them: in the initial phases, we always appreciated the expertise, insight, and experience of the senior team when designing the architecture and seeking optimal technical solutions. The support provided to us, especially by Petr, during demanding internal Cyber Security assessments, is also a major asset. Of course, not everything went perfectly on the first try without errors during implementation - we struggled with unfinished details, minor oversights, or occasions where a deployed fix generated new bugs. On the other hand, we did not make the development easy for coalsoft - requirements were often modified on an ongoing basis, effectively changing the scope under the developers' hands. However, we always brought the projects to a successful conclusion together, handed them over to production, and could celebrate the deployment of the new application. Because we are always happy to meet-both professionally and informally-collaboration with coalsoft is valuable to me on both a professional and personal level.
