Miroslav Adamec, our Project Manager shares his observations on the dynamic development of the team and the successful first half of the year. According to him, the new additions to the team, especially in the area of development, have integrated well and are helping the company set ambitious goals.

Miroslav, how satisfied are you with the performance of the development team from your position as project manager? Did you bring any of the projects to a successful conclusion in the first half of this year?

I am very satisfied with the team, I have a really great team around me at the moment. I'm happy that we have delivered all the new features for existing applications to Success Solutions for the first six months and successfully deployed them to customers' production environments. On the other hand, unfortunately some projects have been delayed a bit, but I believe that after customer testing we will be able to close them as well and focus on the next challenges.

New faces have been integrated into the team, including SAPUI5 Developers Jaromír Protzner and Tomáš Chotěnovský, right?

Jaromír and Tomáš are great additions. They surprised me with their ability to quickly join the team and now we are gradually entrusting them with more and more challenging tasks. They also dedicate themselves to education in every spare moment, and I'm really happy about that!

Was it a big loss for you that we had to say goodbye to long-time team member Adam Baťala?

Adam was undoubtedly a great asset to our team and his leaving was quite unexpected for me. However, we dealt with it as a team and moved forward. Life goes on, and I can only wish Adam the best of luck in his new position.

It's amazing that we can spend time together outside of work.

Also, Petra Nožková has left us, whose contribution to our company must have been great.

Yes, Péťa was an asset to us, mainly because of her diligence and consistency. She took care of testing applications and delivering user documentation. We're struggling a little bit with that now, but thanks to the change in processes, everything should be fine.

Who are you currently looking for most and why? There is a big banner hanging by the football field in Letohrad with job offers.

We are currently looking for a Senior Javascript Developer to help us pull other projects and also pass on experience to more junior colleagues. In fact, I would like to free up Peter Becka‘s hands to focus on his role as an Architect.

How did you personally enjoy the summer months? You experienced a few company events including the Hawaiian party, was it a success?

The summer months have been great, and not just professionally. The Hawaiian party was absolutely amazing, and I think everyone enjoyed it, and with their families too. It's great that we can spend time together like this, even with a larger group of people.
