Better time management has helped me improve my efficiency
Two years at coalsoft are behind you – how would you evaluate your time in the broader coalfamily organization? What has surprised or delighted you the most during this period? Have you learned anything new that has helped your career progress?
It’s hard to pinpoint one specific thing or event. What continues to delight me are my colleagues in the office. We have a very friendly atmosphere, which I really enjoy. Flexibility in working hours is another big plus. Beyond the technical skills required for my job, I’ve also learned to plan my time better, which has significantly improved my efficiency and attention to detail.
Coalsoft is known for its relaxed company culture. How has this culture influenced your experience, and what do you think makes coalsoft unique compared to other companies?
I don’t have much experience with companies of similar size or structure to compare. However, I find this culture very appealing. Our managers are supportive and trust us, so we can handle urgent personal matters without having to go through complicated formalities. That said, it’s crucial to be thorough and meet deadlines. Mutual trust is simply key.

I think I enjoy tackling the most significant challenges the most. For example, mastering new technologies is always a big challenge for me.
SAP is often seen as a robust system suitable for large corporations. How can it streamline various processes and deliver benefits?
Because SAP is so robust, it offers many tools to automate workflows, saving time and reducing errors. It also centralizes data for various processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
What advice would you give to aspiring Developers or those considering a career in SAP Integration? What skills and qualities do you think are key?
I don’t think there’s a definitive answer. Any aspiring developer should have a set of universal qualities, like critical thinking, analytical skills, and being a „problem-solving“ type of person.
