Artificial intelligence has become an integral part of their daily workflow, helping employees save time, simplify administrative tasks, and open new possibilities for innovation. Mecawel decided to modernize and streamline its processes with the help of AI, and we were thrilled to assist them on this journey. During the training, they focused on leveraging AI in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word, which has led to not only increased efficiency but also faster and higher-quality work. „Mecawel is a great example of a company that understands the importance of digital transformation and is making it happen with us. It was fascinating to see how quickly our participants adapted to the new AI tools and immediately started applying them in their work,“ says Marek Bartoš, AI specialist and instructor from our AI department, coalbrain.

Thanks to this training, Mecawel has not only simplified internal processes but also increased efficiency and opened the door to future innovations. „I believe that artificial intelligence, even though it may seem like a complex step at first, can truly change the way we work. Our participants were motivated, and their willingness to learn new things was truly inspiring,“ adds Šárka Melišová, instructor focused on effective work with Excel.

It’s now time to implement the new skills and start testing how AI tools can assist Mecawel’s employees in their daily tasks. I believe they will use these new AI tools to achieve better results.
