They say relationships require work. We wholeheartedly agree. This is doubly true in the IT world, where long-term projects demand trust, continuity, and transparent communication. In the Eagle Mountains, we created space to discuss what works, what to simplify, and where we can be faster in our decision-making. For us, a partnership with KPMG is not a transaction; it’s a shared responsibility for the quality and impact we deliver to our clients.
Marek Bartoš from our in-house AI division, coalbrain, which also supports external companies, showed us how agent-based AI can simplify daily work (and not just IT tasks). Petr Bečka reminded us that honest work with data is the foundation of everything. Then came the sauna, guitar, singing, and long debates that ended with the phrase, „We'll try this.“
Our only regret was that the volunteer day at the Neratov Special Primary School was canceled due to the weather. Our KPMG partners completed their work there—hats off to them. „We will join them on a rescheduled date; we don't want to miss the opportunity to do something useful,“ promises our CEO, Michal Uhlíř.
